$σ_{A_{int}}^{2}$ is the additive genetic variance for the intercept of the reaction norm; $σ_{A_{sl}}^{2}$ is the additive genetic variance for the slope of the reaction norm or macro-environmental sensitivity and $σ_{A_{v}}^{2}$ is the additive genetic variance for micro-environmental sensitivity or environmental variance.
