  1. The inbreeding coefficient is the mean inbreeding coefficient across individuals within each breed
  2. Numbers between brackets are the standard deviations of the mean inbreeding coefficient
  3. For Nogen, the inbreeding depression parameter b is the regression of phenotype on pedigree-based inbreeding. For Gen_AM and Gen_ADM, the inbreeding depression parameter b is the regression of phenotype on marker-based inbreeding
