Empirical imputation accuracy of whole-genome sequence genotypes (Minimac3 most likely genotypes) variants in five genome annotation classes: intergenic, intronic, 5 kb up- or down-stream of genes, missense, and 3’ and 5’ UTR. Imputation was carried out in a Merino (MER) target set using a mixed European and non-European breed reference set (ALL). Imputation accuracy was measured as the correlation between imputed and observed sequence genotypes, before (thr0) and after filtering variants based on Minimac3 R2 > 0.4 (thr4)
