Models M1, M2, M3 and M4 include only host genotype information, only gut microbiome information, host genotype and gut microbiome information, and host genotype, gut microbiome and genotype-by-microbiome interaction, respectively, at three stages of production (Wean, Mid-test and Off-test) with different sets of markers and operational taxonomic units (OTU relative abundance) (FULL: contains all available markers and OTU, IR: contains informatively reduced markers and OTU, and RR: contains randomly reduced markers and OTU).
