The different bar transparencies represent diplotypes. Means without the same superscript (a–c) within a haplotype block indicate statistical differences at P-value < 0.05. Diplotypes that were not significantly different (P-value > 0.05) from others were combined into the same column to facilitate visualization. The order of the haplotypes follows the order of their location along the genome
