Predictive accuracy, defined as correlation between predicted and observed phenotypes for each analysis and trait, averaged over the three partitions, for each clustering approach: NONE, microbiota at the ASV level; ABUND, microbiota clustered by abundance; PHYLO, microbiota clustered by phylogeny. Results for IgG and γδ T cells are not shown since their prediction accuracy was not influenced by the microbiome (Fig. 1).
