Linkage disequilibrium (LD) block density by length in kb in four within-breed genetic groups (C1 and C3, and W2 and W4) and three sample origin locations (UK CP, UK WB and EU WB). Peak density for all groups was at approximately 225 kb (blue vertical line), except for C1 which had a second peak at approximately 500 kb (red vertical line). 1 Mb (black vertical line) captured the majority of LD blocks across genetic groups and origin locations.
