The analysis focused on the QTL region detected previously (chromosome location in cM); the full F2 mapping population (1599 individuals), SNP markers (named according to the rs-code) and HU phenotype data were used; the highest F-value for the QTL (50.73) co-located with SNP marker rs14761196.
