The reported time is for Gibbs chains of 900 iterations; the algorithm used one to nine SNPs per RHS-block, and the data contained 420 SNPs and an increasing number of individuals (500 to 100 000); the black line is the fitted curve through the number of SNP that gave the minimum CPU time.
