  1. All the variants were partitioned into seven MAF classes. In this table, we report the proportion of DRP variance explained for three groups of MAF classes (rare: MAF < 0.01, low-frequency: 0.01 ≤ MAF < 0.05 and common: MAF ≥ 0.05). For the group of common variants, the proportion of DRP variance explained was equal to the sum of the proportions of DRP variance explained for classes of variants with MAF: 0.05–0.1; 0.1–0.2; 0.2–0.3; 0.3–0.4 and 0.4–0.5
