Accuracy for validation animals in simulation. Accuracy is the correlation between genomic estimated breeding values (GEBV) and true breeding values (TBV) from simulation. GEBV were based on the full inverse (Full) and the Algorithm for Proven and Young (APY) inverse of the genomic relationship matrix (\(\mathbf {G}\)).
