After publication of this work [1], we noticed that there was an error: the formula to calculate the standard error of the estimated correlation (\( \widehat{{\rho_{f,r} }} \)) between \( \hat{u}_{{f_{i} }} \) and \( \hat{u}_{{r_{i} }} \) in Appendix on page 12 was mistyped. The correct formula for calculation of the standard error should be:

$$ SE\left( {\widehat{{\rho_{f,r} }}} \right) = \sqrt {\frac{{1 - \widehat{{\rho_{f,r} }}^{2} }}{n - 2}} . $$
